Our e-learning module for Cross-Selling is an interactive introduction to best practice.
The course is designed for junior to mid-level professionals (and would serve as an excellent recap for more senior people).
It will be particularly useful for those with technical expertise who may be expected to uncover work opportunities for other disciplines where their colleagues have expertise.
This module should take no longer than 30 minutes and will provide an overview of the areas to focus on. You don’t need to be a sales person to do this, you simply need to learn a few principles and apply them to your daily routine.
